Although I don't offer custom hypnotherapy recordings for clients anymore, I'll continue to do private in-person deep hypnosis sessions for those I become close to on my path.
In the meantime, here are some easy tips to do a light self hypnosis session.
1. High Vibration Meal - Enjoying soups, salads, fish, low fat yogurt, and/or fruits can create a relaxed mind and body before you begin.
2. Background Music - I've been listening to this all day as I work. It's very relaxing and meditative. It can be your background music as you record your voice.
Listening to your own voice is way more effective for tapping into your subconscious mind.
3. Your Goals - Having a list of your goals can give you an idea of what to record.
Example: Talent goals, Confidence goals, Health goals, etc
Simply state things in the form of "Why am I _____".
This statement goes directly to the subconscious for a positive response.
Example: "Why am I so talented, confident, and healthy?"
Create a number of statements to record. A 20 minute self hypnosis session is all you really need. It's great for a "cat nap" during the day and/or before going to sleep at night.
