How good are you at detaching from people, places, and/or things in life? Do certain things make you react all of the time? Knowing your triggers is important in life. They can really help you to look further into why you do the things that you do. Everything flows a bit deeper if you really look into it. It can brew some great comedy if you go quickly to that healing state as well.
Focusing more on the things that bring you joy can really help though, esp in times of stress. That's when you shouldn't hold back from reacting and sharing your joy. I personally seek out "Try Not to Laugh, Sing, Lip Sync, Dance, Smile, etc" challenges for that reason! Although the challenges are fun to test your self control, nobody really succeeds at it for long.
Today I bring you a "Try Not to Sing" Challenge. You can take it on if you want to hear some throwback pop tunes to sing and dance to. You can also take it on if you want to test your willpower.
Either way, good luck. lol Have fun with it though. You know the minute Christina Aguilera and Nsync starts singing, the challenge is going to be over. Just saying! Christina and Nsync were my first pop concerts for a reason. ;)
